ART is a patented, state of the art soft tissue system/movement based massage technique that treats problems with muscles, tendons, ligaments, fascia and nerves. Katie has created a sports psychology program just for the women’s program and hopes to help you overcome training and race day anxieties and limiters. She holds a MBA and Master’s in Sport and Performance Psychology and is an accomplished athlete who understands the stresses of triathlon and everyday life.
