Biography
I have been active most of my life. When I was younger I was always
involved in sports and kept active. It wasn't until my 30's though that I
started participating in events, including triathlons. I found that having
a goal, something to accomplish, made exercising more fun and meaningful.
After participating in several different events and distances I became more
educated in the process of training and am now certified as a USAT Level 1
Triathlon Coach.
I love new adventures and challenges, which led me to coaching with Team CWW
and expanding into events and distances that not too long ago were just
dreams.
I believe that anyone has the ability to accomplish whatever it is they set
their mind to. It is my goal as a coach to provide the tools and guidance
that will help one accomplish those goals.
