Nutrition Analysis and Consultation
  • A comprehensive nutritional analysis based on 3 days of eating
  • A personalized sports nutrition plan including recommendations on calories, carbohydrate, protein, and fat intake during training and/or during off-season, pre/post event food and hydration plan, advice on supplements, and eating strategies for weight control and/or performance enhancement.
  • Local athletes- 2 sessions (60 minutes and 40 minutes).
  • Instruction and explanation via telephone (optional)
  • Unlimited email dialogue for one month
  • $125

Race Day Nutrition Plan
  • Recommendations for fluids, foods and sports supplements on race day.
  • Based upon estimated race times, gender, body weight, climate, terrain and taste preferences.
  • $75.00

Monthly Nutrition Coaching
  • This is the next step after having a nutrition consultation. Continue working one-on-one with Julie, to help you become healthier, manage your weight and provide you with all of the nutrition knowledge you need to succeed in life and sport.
  • This is for any individual (athlete or not) who wants to improve health through proper nutrition, lose or maintain weight to improve performance, has disordered eating, or has a chronic disease where nutrition can make a positive impact, such as diabetes, obesity, or cardiovascular disease.
  • Recipe ideas, meal planning tips and other helpful information will be sent weekly to meet your particular needs.
  • Unlimited email dialogue with Julie and/or scheduled telephone conversations.
  • Monthly fee of $75.00

In-Home Food Coaching
  • Julie will come to your house, analyze your current eating program and help you make realistic, sustainable changes with eating and food management.
  • Everything from restocking your pantry and refrigerator to grocery store shopping to food preparation.
  • Meal planning techniques will be implemented to make your training diet easier to follow.
  • $135.00 for 2 sessions.
