How You Train Makes the DifferenceTM
About Coach Julia
Julia Rossi has been an athlete for as long as she can remember. In high school, she competed in both soccer and swimming, continuing the trend as she moved to Ohio for college. She discovered her passion for biking as means of cross training and saw triathlons as the next logical step in her athletic endeavors.
At Oberlin College, Julia organized various fitness and training events including the community-wide Splash-N-Dash Triathlon. After transferring to Baldwin-Wallace College in 2006, Julia became more involved in personal wellness, event organization, and the methods and principles of endurance sports. During this time, she realized her desire to help other people reach their wellness goals through their athletic pursuits.
Julia has a Bachelor’s degree in exercise science with a concentration in strength and conditioning. She has a comprehensive understanding of human physiology, and combines her scientific and athletic background to formulate plans that will allow others to achieve their athletic goals while promoting overall well-being.
Regardless of ability level, Julia believes in setting attainable goals while following your dreams. Whether this means finishing your first triathlon or qualifying for the Ironman World Championships, she prides herself in creating a plan based on balance, communication, and family/career priorities.
