Custom Training Program – *$349
Custom Training Programs work well for athletes with is self motivated and require no changes to their daily schedules. Clients will have an initial consultation with a MHM coach to assess athletic history, current level of fitness, goals, schedule, etc. After your meeting your coach a 3 month training plan is created and sent to you. You will then review your program and speak with your coach one more time to confirm all the details before commencing with your plan. No further contact is maintained after you have confirmed the plan.
* You will be billed up front and a MHM Coach will be in contact with you within 48 hours of receipt of payment. Training programs are written for 3 months. If you desire a plan written for a longer period of time you should inquire about our “Individual Coaching” services.
